Some of them stake their claim to fame by having trained good boxers, but those boxers were good before they were trained by them, so they’re really just piggybacking off their success. ![]() These days a lot of strength and conditioning coaches in boxing aren’t boxers. When it comes to strength training and boxing, not many people agree on one specific method.
